weight watchers points formula

Weight Watchers points, points calculator. out different pts. in the book?

So I'm doing the chicken (skinless, boneless). In the book say that 4 ounces is 5 points, but when using the formula P = (cal./50) + (fat/12) – (Fiber / 5) on the back of the package is 8 oz is 4.5 pts .. I 'm confused which one should go, because that's a big difference in points. Thank you.

The book is a general resource that gives "conjecture" on the items. The back of the package gives specifications of the manufacturer of the product, but these are not always completely accurate, either. However, it is best to go with what the manufacturer says is in the product and enumeration of these points. 3fatchicksonadiet BTW has a great forum for BB with a wealth of information, including members WW respond to this type of question and is free. Do not get to hang in the points … provided they are close to you are good to go!
