One of the best ways to speed weight loss is to do cardio routines. Cardio gets your heart rate, blood flow increases the temperature body and increases caloric intake. Cardio also strengthens your heart and lungs, improve circulation and other bodily functions. If done correctly, the routines cardio can be a valuable asset in your health program and weight loss.
But cardio routines that work best for you? What are the best weight loss and exercise?
Here are common cardiovascular routines distributed from most to least effective in terms weight loss:
1. Running – Running is a great cardio routine, and it gets every part of your body moving. Running can be a high-intensity training itself. If you run, be sure to swing your arms and really get your whole body in motion. Be careful not to run if you experience knee pain or back. Try running on a soft surface like grass or sand and minimize the time that run on the asphalt. If you suffered any injury physics in the past, consult your doctor before you run.
2. Cycling – Bicycle Center (if it is held outdoors) is a great cardio routine. By Of course, you need to be expert on a bicycle, but what you can really get your heart pumping. Be sure to ride only in safe places. Avoid the side of the busy roads. Stick to the bike lanes whenever possible.
3. Rowing Machine – Rowing is a personal favorite of mine, because not only is a machine cardio, but also a great strength builder for the back and biceps. The downfall of this machine is that you sit while doing so. However, the pumping of the rows round gets you sweating in a minute. Of course, a canoe paddle, if possible for you, is even more effective.
4. Walking – Walking is also is a great cardio routine. Not a walk, do brisk walking and get your arms in the movement. For added difficulty, you can try to walk with small weights or belt Wrist-in pesos. Try combining interval of running with walking for accelerated weight loss.
5. Swimming – Swimming is a great body building routine cardio, as it strengthens the whole body. However, it is difficult for regular swimmers to get your heart rate while swimming and maintaining this pace heart for a long time.
6. Elliptical – The elliptical is great for people who suffered knee injuries, and that not throw the legs. However, it has almost zero resistance and generally do not get your upper body in motion. I like to incorporate into my routine of cooling for some added calorie burning.
7. Fitness Bike – Cyclists do not like gym because usually sit down and just pedal away. The very act of sitting down to a routine becomes less effective.
Any of the 7 I have set routines are good weight loss exercises. Some are more intense than others, but may be perfect for you. Make sure to enjoy their cardio routines. Enjoy also accelerate weight loss.
