STEP 1 – Clean

Get well prepared for giving your kitchen a good old clean, throw all garbage, food processing and packaging. Renew and start again. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, throw or sell your microwave.

Immediately begin to feel refreshed and ready for the challenge ahead. Arm yourself with the necessary equipment you will need to make life easier for itself. – A sharp knife, a cutting board, juicer and mixer should be everything you need to move forward.

STEP 2 – KNOWLEDGE

Arm yourself with as much knowledge as possible in the raw food diet. There's no point starting a huge company without knowing what you are doing and more importantly, how. Motivate and inspire yourself – Get into the state of right mind watching videos and reading blogs.

STEP 3 – Prepare

Plan Ahead – Organize yourself, know exactly what will eat when you are eating. This will ensure that will not stand not knowing what to do or eat next. If you've heard the saying "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." It is so true.

As you embark on something new is so easy to fall into the usual routine. Write a weekly plan for each day with details of food, recipes and ingredients.

Do this for at least four weeks, until you have established the benefits of a raw food diet, when everything, of course, begin to fall into place to reduce the need to document everything.

STEP 4 – COMPLETING YOUR KITCHEN

Stock in your favorite foods with high premiums. Set what are your favorites and only accumulate high. Arm yourself with at least 5 of their favorite recipes raw food diet and you're ready to go.

STEP 5 – KEEP IT SIMPLE

Most importantly, do not make it difficult in itself. It's really quite simple. Check out the basic recipes with only 2.4 ingredients, eating fruits and vegetables, as it is.

Have fun to venture into the raw food restaurants. Go at your own pace – no need to rush there thinking that you have to eat 100% raw when it is completely ready.

Start slowly but surely, like a turtle to reach the finish line when your life really start to begin.

You will find a pleasant surprise on a diet of raw foods when your body begins to shed the excess fat and start feeling mentally fresh and bright.
