I think I have water retention in my chest because I've been working for 2 years and I have a controledd diet and I have a six pack, but I can not seem tog et rid of my puffy nipples on my chest I have controlled sodium intake and just cannot seem get my pecs appear not know why. Should I try dandelion pill that helps get rid of water retention and if I do how laong take the pill to work? I can not seem to get my nipples swollen Ness and depressed help me plesae rreally
